1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Career Leverage website, scorecard, message analyser, free book and any related tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or scrape it.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing.

4. Tools and AI output

Some tools, including the Message Analyser, use AI models to generate suggestions. Output is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before you act on it. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, promotion, raise or result.

5. Intellectual property

All content provided by Career Leverage, including the book, frameworks, copy, branding and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial career development. You may not copy, redistribute or resell the content without our written permission.

6. Free resources

The free book and scorecard are provided at no cost. We may update, change or withdraw free resources at any time. Where you have already received a resource, you may continue to use it personally under these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request that we close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

10. Governing law
